The granulation system adopts spray fluidized bed drying method, greatly increasing heat exchange efficiency by enlarging material’s contacting area, decreasing energy consumption. Meanwhile, the production line can adjust equipment selection according to the yield, satisfying requirements from different clients.

2. CaCl2 Process advantages
We use hydrochloric acid and limestone as raw material for producing anhydrous calcium chloride, including calcium liquid preparation of CaCl2, related processes about anhydrous calcium chloride granulation, specialized designs such as pipeline, electric, instrument, valve, utilities, etc. This production line has wide adaptation for hydrochloric acid, no matter the HCL coming from ionic membrane producing caustic soda, hydrochloric acid byproducts from the production of PCl3, (chloroacetic acid)MCA, Na2SO4, K2SO4, etc, or hydrochloric acid from high test bleaching powder mother liquor, all can be used as the raw material for this process.
